Sound Bath Meditation is a stress-relieving sonic journey that uses various musical instruments to create healing vibrations that flow through your body. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds that take you into a deep, relaxed state where your mind and body are being cleansed, centred and brought back into harmonic balance.
Reiki works holistically on the whole body to restore its natural ability to heal and create balance using soothing vibrations generated from the hands to release emotional blockages and relax the body.
Crystal Chakra Balancing restores the harmonious flow of life force energy throughout the chakras to promote emotional, physical and spiritual healing with the use of laying crystals on the client.
AromaTouch Technique® is the application of essential oils to the back, neck, head and feet. This technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to maintain internal stability, promote relaxation, reduce stress and support overall wellbeing.
Audra assists people to balance their energy so they can feel in alignment with their mind, body and spirit. Since working in the corporate world as an executive assistant for over 25 years Audra not only saw firsthand, but experienced herself how stress & pressure can take a toll on our health and wellbeing. To reduce the stress in her life and maintain an overall healthy balance, Audra turned to Reiki and Crystal Chakra Balancing.
After experiencing the wonderful benefits that holistic therapies did for her mind and body, it inspired Audra to become a certified Reiki Practitioner so that she could help others find balance & harmony in all areas of their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Relieving stress, improving concentration, releasing emotional blocks, finding that sense of worth and having the confidence to put your best foot forward are all things that holistic therapies can assist you with. Audra is also an Executive Member of the International Institute of Complimentary Therapists (IICT).
