Individual Sound Healing
Sounds played in a certain way have positive effects on your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Audra will use a combination of hands-on reiki, crystals, singing bowls, gong, chimes and various other instruments to take you on a personalized journey through healing vibrations. Fine tuning your system with sounds can restore balance and activate your body's natural healing abilities. The session also includes a consultation, time to share anything that came up during the experience and a follow-up email summary with an oracle card message. Alternatively, you may like to bring your partner or friend along for a private and intimate sound healing treatment to create a stronger sense of unity and deepening of your relationship.

Private Group Sound Bath
Organise your friends to come along for a private sound bath meditation. Soak in the frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, ocean drum and gong to help you sink into a deeply peaceful state of calm and bliss. During this 60-minute customized sonic experience, Audra will lead you through a brief guided meditation to relax the body and encourage present moment awareness together. Intention setting, oracle card message and essential oils included. This private group session of 4 to 6 people is held at Northlink Business Centre, Suite 4, 5 Kenthurst Road, Dural. Public Sound Bath Classes
Treat yourself to a moment of tranquillity amidst the hustle and bustle of life. These classes are perfect for anyone seeking balance, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
PLEASE BRING (yoga mat & bolster provided):
- water bottle for hydration
- cushion or pillow for your head
- a blanket (optional)
- eye mask (optional)
- anything else for comfort (ie. additional padding to lie on)
Please note that doors will be closed 5 mins after the class starts so as not to disturb the ambience for others.

AromaTouch Technique®
The AromaTouch Technique® is a gentle, rhythmic application of eight essential oils and blends, applied in a specific sequence along energy meridians and key contact points on the back, neck, head, and feet. This soothing method combines the therapeutic power of pure essential oils with the calming effects of intentional touch to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural balance and wellbeing. To enhance the experience, Audra also integrates Tibetan singing bowls and energy healing techniques, helping to harmonize the body’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy systems, including the chakras.

Crystal Chakra Balancing
Crystal Chakra Balancing, or Crystal Therapy, uses the energetic properties of crystals placed on or around the body to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Audra activates the crystals’ vibrations with gentle movements, hand placements, and tools like wands or sound instruments to clear blockages, restore balance, and support the body's natural healing. Sessions often induce a deep, trance-like relaxation, facilitating emotional release and healing, making it a gentle, versatile complementary therapy. Benefits include reduced stress, improved mental clarity, better physical function such as digestive and pain relief, and emotional support for issues like trauma or imbalance.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice originating from Japan that promotes relaxation, balance, and healing across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It channels universal life force energy to restore flow in areas that may be low or blocked, helping to reduce tiredness, discomfort, and emotional imbalance. During a session, Audra will lightly place her hands on or near the client's body, allowing the energy to naturally target areas needing support. Many find it calming and nurturing, experiencing warmth or tingling, and it encourages the body’s natural process of releasing what no longer serves it to regain balance.
