Individual Sound Healing
Sounds played in a certain way have positive effects on your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Audra will use a combination of hands-on reiki, crystals, singing bowls, gong, chimes and various other instruments to take you on a personalized journey through healing vibrations. Fine tuning your system with sounds can restore balance and activate your body's natural healing abilities. The session also includes a consultation, time to share anything that came up during the experience and a follow-up email summary with an oracle card message. Alternatively, you may like to bring your partner or friend along for a private and intimate sound healing treatment to create a stronger sense of unity and deepening of your relationship.
60 min individual session - $110
90 min individual session - $150
75 min couples session - $180
Private Group Sound Bath
Organise your friends to come along for a private sound bath meditation. Soak in the frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, ocean drum and gong to help you sink into a deeply peaceful state of calm and bliss. During this 60-minute customized sonic experience, Audra will lead you through a brief guided meditation to relax the body and encourage present moment awareness together. Herbal tea/water, intention setting, oracle card message and essential oils included. This private group session of 4 to 6 people is held at 5 Kenthurst Road, Round Corner, but she can come to you for an additional fee. Public Sound Bath Classes
Treat yourself to a moment of tranquillity amidst the hustle and bustle of life. These classes are perfect for anyone seeking balance, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
PLEASE BRING (yoga mat provided):
- water bottle for hydration
- cushion or pillow for your head
- a blanket (optional)
- eye mask (optional)
- anything else for comfort (ie. additional padding to lie on)
Please note that doors will be closed 5 mins after the class starts so as not to disturb the ambience for others.

AromaTouch Technique®
AromaTouch Technique® is the application of 8 different essential oils and blends used in a specific sequence along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back, neck, head and feet. This technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to maintain internal stability, promote relaxation, reduce stress and support overall wellbeing. Tibetan singing bowls are also used to assist in balancing the various energetic levels of the body (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) and chakras.
